About Us

Catholic Math League is a national math competition that was started in 1997 to develop test taking skills in participating students when they take achievement tests and college entrance exams.

Math contests are offered for each grade level from third grade through Advanced Math, each consisting of four tests. Each contest will consist of three or more individuals that will take all four tests. The tests will be graded, and the scores will be entered onto a webpage. Printable standings will be displayed at www.catholicmathleague.com.

After the fourth and final contest, the top three students for each school will receive a certificate. The top student for each division will receive a trophy and the top school for each division will receive a plaque. The top four students in each division will receive a second certificate. National awards will also be given to the top student and school for each subject that contains at least three divisions.

Test dates are set for 11/1, 12/6, 2/7, and 3/6, and may be adjusted by each school somewhat to adapt to their schedule.
